Chaoyue (Henan) Automotive Safety Automatic Control Product Co., Ltd£¬the mainland production base of Transcend Motor Safety Control (H.K) Limited Co***ny, was founded in July, 2005. This co***ny is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and marketing of automotive safety automatic warning and anti-collision devices, and owns the intellectual property rights.
Strong management and R&D teams have been formed in Chaoyue. Management team includes 12 senior managers and 8 middle-level managers. Among R&D team, 8 employees hold senior titles and 8 employees intermediate titles, 6 employees with a ***toral degree, 6 with a Master¡¯s degree and 12 with the Bachelor¡¯s degree.
Since 2004, the co***ny has been committed to the research of the automotive safety automatic warning and anti-collision system, which laid a good basis for future study. Particularly in recent years, the co***ny combines the manufacturing, studying and researching together, which leads to great progress. By cooperating with People¡¯s Liberation Army Information Engineering University, Zhengzhou University of Light Industry, Henan Key Lab of Information-based Electronics, Chaoyue automotive safety automatic control product was finally developed successfully, and it had ever been jointly applied for the National 863 Projects in 2008.
